CHIP Grants available in Noble County
The Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) has funding available for home repair on existing owner-occupied housing, private rehabilitation on existing owner-occupied housing, down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers and new construction to replace substandard homes with new ones.

GMN Offers Home Repair Grant Program
GMN Tri-County CAC is currently operating an emergency home repair grant program in Noble, Guernsey and Monroe counties. This home repair program can address repairs and handicapped accessibility to income-eligible homeowners.

Eligible emergency activities include the repair or replacement of faulty electric, heating, plumbing and septic systems and repair or replacement of deteriorated roofs and foundations.
